Abstract :

The objective of this research was to know the onset of estrus Madura cows in Sembilangan Bangkalan Bangkalan. Through synchronization of estrus using combination PMSG and hCG. Sixteen Madura cows were used in this research divide into 2 differents group (n=8). One group (P1) was injected with PG600 combination hormones (PMSG 400 IU+hCG 200 IU) 5 cc and two group (P2) was injected with PG600  combination hormones (PMSG 200 IU+hCG 100 IU) 2,5 cc. Injection of intramuscularly (i.m). There was significantly different of estrus timing. Experiment design was used completely randomized design (RAL). Data analysis using ANOVA (Analysis of Variant) and if it significant different continued with BNT 5%. The onset of estrus P1 and P2 were 68.87±0.79 and 69.68±1.33. The result of this research indicated that there were not significant differences (p>0,05).
