Suplementasi insuline-like growth factor-i serum kuda crossbred bunting pada inisiasi pubertas mencit (mus musculus)

Abstract :
This study aimed to determine effect bioactive materials of pregnant crossbred mare serum derived insulin-like growth factor-I (IGF-I) and recombinant mouse IGF-I for increasing livestock fertility. The research was to determine effect bioactive from pregnant crossbred serum consisted of identification IGF-I can be detected by SDS-PAGE, isolation can be measured by Elusion, and to examine biopotency at mice covering its influence to acquirement of puberty mices of Balb/c strain. Female mice was injection pregnant crossbred mare serum IGF-I for P1(control): 0 ng, P2:10 ng, P3: 20 ng, P4:40 ng and was injection recombinant mouse IGF-I for P5 :10 ng, P6 :20 ng, P7 :40 ng in mice age 25 days in 3 days respectively and than mating male mice. The average puberty of mice for the group of control were 34,8 ± 0,79 days, P1 (34,8 ± 0,79) days, P2 (32,8 ± 1,03) days, P3 (29,5 ± 0,97) days, P4 (34,8 ± 0,79) days, P5 (32,9 ± 0,99) days, and P6 (29,4 ± 1,08) days. Results of initiation of puberty were significantly different (p <0.05) between group was injection pregnant crossbred mare serum IGF-I and compare to those of the recombinant mouse IGF-I. Conclusion: pregnant crossbred mare serum IGF-I and recombinant mouse IGF-I increased puberty rates of mice.
