Abstract :
The research was aimed to determine the effect of diluent contained lesithin with different concentrations of the post thawing sperm quality in Carp’s (Cyprinus carpio). Type of this research is true experiment in a Complete Random Design (CRD). Each group consisted of 3 treatments and 6 replications. The population in this study were male productive Carp with cement (mature gonad). The independent variable in this study was the consentration of diluents containing lecithin Andromed® P1 = 1:2, P2 = 1:4, P3 = 1:8. The dependent variable was the quality of the post thawing Carp’s cement (Cyprinus carpio). Then the data result processed using Anova oneway and continued with Duncan test. Based of the result, it’s indicated that the diluents containing lecithin Andromed® with in ranged consentrations showed a tangiable influence against (p<0,05) against the percentage of motility and viability. Highest average percentage abtained by 21.67% for motility and 23.67% viability on P2 treatment and lowest percentage obtained from P3 treatment with 9.50% for motility aspect and 12.67% for viability aspect.
