Abstract :

The library has important roles in reducing the GAP of education in the society, one of them is to cultivate the spirit of reading and reduce the level of illiteracy. Therefore the study for optimizing the library functions as a means of public services is needed to explain the development of the library in carrying out the functions of public service providers, especially the function of improving the culture and reading interest in the society.
