Abstract :
Technology influence humans in this word and give many impact for society. Technology make everything become more easy because it have flexibility. Technology also influence reading behaviour patterns. Reading behavior patterns changed because form of material is different. Reading material previously only available in print form and today it changed into digital form. Difference of reading behavior patterns appear in net generation. Net generation is a generation that is very familiar with the existence of the technology because they live and grow in the digital age. Research about net generation have been carried out, one of them is research by Fayaz Ahmad Loan. He want to know preference which are widely used by net generation. From this studies it can be seen that net generation students more use of electronic media is 31.36 hours while the print media is 14.42 hours. Library should pay attention to the results of this studies. It could used by library to make service that adjusted with user’s characteristics, example library can change become hybrid library. library must continue innovate as well as repair service in line with the development society.
