Abstract :

This research is about library cooperation that be done by state university library in Surabaya and to find out the constrains of the cooperation. It is quantitative approach with description study method to investigate state university library cooperation in Surabaya. The result shows that generally, state university library also do the cooperation to fulfill the needs of the users. It is because the diversity of the information needs of the users drive many information provider institutions work hard to fulfill those needs. The constraints faced in conducting cooperation is the lack of coordination between members working together, as well as the lack of internal support from the parent organization as seen from the lack of funds for the library.
