Abstract :
Schizophrenia is a complex illness characterized by multiple signs and symptoms. Besides using the medication, to improve patient with schizophrenia life quality, practicians can add psychosocial intervention, such as social skills training, vocational rehabilitation, and psychotherapy. People with schizophrenia also have deficit cognitive, as well as generally making their life more difficult and also affect the adherence of medication. Cognitive Adaptation Training (CAT) is a series of intervention strategies designed to compensate for cognitive impairment associated with schizophrenia and increase adaptive functioning.
