Abstract :

There have been many studies showing that group psychotherapy has several advantages in terms of efectivity and cost compared individual psychotherapy. In the practice of group psychotherapy, the main principle is to bring members into the "here and now" process. Therapists require a series of techniques to provide an introduction or commentary to deliver members in this process. It is not easy to become a therapist of group psychotherapy, but given the magnitude of the benefits of this group psychotherapy, the psychiatrist should also be able to play a major role and use it as a therapy in the treatment of patients.
