There is a similar picture of Schizoid Personality Disorder and Avoidant Personality Disorder with Schizotypal Personality Disorder, but its intensity is greater. In the development of this both personality disorder is naturally formed structural subtypes variations, which may be a combination of these or not, these are: Insipid Schizotypal and Timorous Schizotypal. Management of Schizotypal personality disorder is very difficult, where the success is highly dependent on the severity of the thinking process disruption.
