Abstract :
The aim of this research was to know the influence of classical music therapy in the neuroglia cells of mice hippocampus that were exposed to stress during prenatal. This research used twenty female mice and twenty male mice, then Female was allowed to mated with one male. Females that had been positively pregnant divided into four groups (P0, P1, P2, P3). P0 was control, P1 was treated by forced swim test for one minute, P2 was treated by forced swim test for one minute and classical music Mozart KV 448 for 30 minutes and P3 was treated by forced swim test for one minute and classical music Mozart KV 448 for 60 minutes. This research had been carried out during gestation period of 21 days. The data was analyzed using ANOVA and Duncan test. The results showed decreasing in abnormality of neuroglia on the hippocampus histology.
