Abstract :
Salmonellosis was caused by a Salmonella spp. bacteria and have ability to attack both of animaland human or zoonosis. S. typhimurium cause calf illness with increasing mortality and enteritis at United States and some countries in Europe, and Enteritic as pathognomonical sign could caused mortality with dehydration and intestinal lesion. Ethanol extract of noni fruit was able stimulated cytokines product frommurine effector cell such as Interleukin (IL) 1, IL-12, and IFN- γ.The IFN-γ from Th1 cell at post infectedwith Salmonellathypimurium condition, absolutely the major factor to activated macrophage and increasing killing activity and make cell which infected Salmonella thypimurium, getting lysis. The purpose of this research, observe and count lymphocytes which IFN-γ expression at spleenwith IHC after give Salmonella thypimurium infectoin. Results has shown lymphocytes which IFN-γ expression have given a significant difference(P<0.05) among group. The conclusion of this research was Ethanol extract of noni fruit able to increasingIFN-γ expression onBALB/C mice spleen.
