Abstract :
Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) as an antioxidant also affect the process of oocyte maturation folikulogenesis and, in addition influenced by hormonal factors are also known of the role of growth factor. Gonadotropins FSH and LH hormones which have a great influence to induce oocyte maturation. Folicle stimulating hormone (FSH) have receptors on granulose cells in the follicles that serves to stimulate follicle growth. Luteinizing Hormone (LH) secreted by the glands adenohipofisis and have receptors on theca interna cells that can affect steroidogenesis, luteolisis, ovulation, and estrus cycle regulation. This research aims to identify the expression of estrogen receptor as an indicator of estrogen receptor binding white rats (Rattus norvegicus) female is being exposed Epigallocathechin gallate (EGCG) with immunohistokimia techniques and cell number folicle due to exposure to Epigallocathechin gallate (EGCG). Estrogen receptor expression results showed that doses effect on estrogen receptor expression between the control and treatment. The results of the study at a dose of 12.15mg/100gram show significant differences when compared with a dose of 4.05mg/100gram, 8.1mg/100gram and control stromal cells. Dose effect on stromal cells.
