Abstract :

This research to purposed that unweaning mice testes and lien synthesized H-Y protein, and then to knew that  polyclonal antibody H-Y could synthesized by male rabbit with immunization process. Biological test also usedat laboratory animal, that protein H-Y coud displacement ratio sex.This research used laboratory animals like, unweaning mice, male rabbit and male and female mice, usingimmunization method and blotting and immunohistochemistry techniques to produced and proved H-Y antigen. Result of this research are, testes unweaning mice produced H-Y protein; polyclonal antibody H-Y could produced from male rabbit by immunization process; immunohistochemistry techniques could known that H-Y protein expressed in seminiferus tubule and injection of H-Y antigen in male mice could displaced sex ratio. Conclusions of this research are 1). Testes unweaning mice produced H-Y protein, 2). Polyclonal antibody could produced by immunized male rabbit, 3). Immunohistochemistry techniques could known expressed of H-Yprotein and 4). Protein H-Y could displaced sex ratio
