Abstract :

This research was purpose to identification of aerob cellulolytic fungi. It was descriptive research. The rumenfluid waste sample collected about 100 ml in sterilize bottle. The rumen fluid waste sample after homogenizedthen was made series dilution up to 10-5. From that dilution was growth at Carboxy Methyl Cellulose ( CMC )solid medium which have added chloramfencol using surface plate methode. The culture was incubate at roomtemperature during seven days. The isolated cellulolytic fungi were identified through colony characterizationof them according macroscopic and microscopic observation. The result of identification were succeded to getfive genus, they are Aspergillus, Geotrichum, Penicillium, Rhizopus and Trichoderma.
