Abstract :

The experiment to be done to show identification of encoding gene for bacterial fibrinogen binding protein on Staphylococcus aureus. The first step of test was to prepare pure culture of Staphylococcus aureus. Milk samples were collected from mastitic cases at the afternoon milking time. Preparation of pureculture were confirmed by MS agar, hemolytic activity, catalase test and coagulase.The result showed that there was a encoding gene of bacterial fibrinogen binding protein of Staphylococcus aureus with molecular size 1000 bp. The characterization molecular weight of bacterial fibrinogen binding protein was 40 kD.
