Abstract :
The objective of the experiment is to study the protein profile of Sarcoptes scabiei mites, based on moleculeweight. Sarcoptes scabiei protein have an antigenic effect, therefore it can be use as diagnostic substances forcontrolling scabies diseases which is caused by Sarcoptes scabiei mites. This research method was started byisolation of Sarcoptes scabiei mites from goat that infected by scabies. By scraping of goat skin until bloodspot appearance. Sarcoptes scabiei isolates was analysed by SDS-PAGE 12% to detect of whole protein onsarcoptes which is measuring in relative moleculer weight (kDa). Results of the experiment showed the wholeprotein of Sarcoptes scabiei was identified of 12 bands of protein, and range about 26.7 kDa to 208.4 kDa withdetail as follow as: 208.4 kDa, 187.4 kDa, 128.9 kDa, 98.2 kDa, 79.9 kDa, 58.5 kDa, 49.9 kDa, 43.9 kDa, 40.6kDa, 35.0 kDa, 28.2 kDa, and 26.7 kDa. Several bands of protein which appeared bold are: 208.4 kDa, 58.5kDa, 49.9 kDa and 40.6 kDa.
