Abstract :

The purpose of this study was to knowthe number and diameter of white pulp of thespleen of mice (Mus musculus) by vaccinated Brucella abortus Strain RB51 and infectedBrucella suis. Eighteen mice were divided into three treatment groups which each groupconsists of six mice, P0- as negative control was given NaCl by intramuscular injection,meanwhile P0+ as positive control was infected with Brucella suis 1x108CFU/ml andP1 was vaccinated by Brucella abortus strain RB51 0,1 ml and infected by Brucellasuis1x108CFU/ml, and then sacrified at tenth week. The data of the number and diameterof white pulp of the spleen was examine with Nikkon H600L microskop. Then, the dataanalyzed using ANOVAtest and continued by HSDtest. The result of this study showedthere was significant (p˂0,05) different between negative control and treatment groupsbut not significant different with positive control.
