Abstract :
This aim of this research was to determine the potential of concentrate feed and lactation period’s on milk lactosa and production on dairy cattle friesian holstein crosscred at Taman-Sidoarjo. The experimental design study was completely randomized design with two factors and two repeatitions. First factor were tofu waste and commercial concentrate feed while the second factor were the second to third lactation and the fourth to fifth lactation. The research was conducted on eight cross breed Frisian Holstein cows, 3-10 years of age with 400 kg body weight. split up become 2 dairy cattle in lactation period’s 2 untill 3 given by tofu waste (PAL1), 2 dairy cattle in lactation period’s 4 untill 5 given by tofu waste (PAL 2), 2 dairy cattle inlactation period’s 2 untill 3 given by commercial concentrat (PKL1), and2 dairy cattle in lact ation period’s 45 givenby commercial concentrat (PKL2), has been observed in this study of lactose and production milk for 14days. The Data was analysed using Analysis of Variant (Anava), followed by Duncan’s Multiple Range Test to determine the different of factors. The software that used to analyze the data is Windows Statistical Program from Social Science (SPSS) 18. The result showed that tofu waste with the second to third lactation had the highest percentage ofmorning and afternoon production, while the commercial concentrate feed with the second to third lactation and tofu waste with the fourth to fifth lactation was the lowest and has not different (p>0,05). The result showed that lactose is affected by feed and lactation period’s and there is interaction (p<0,05) between feeding and lactation periods. Tofu waste with the second to third lactation had the highest lactose percentage of morning and afternoon lactation compared to the other treatment.
