Abstract :
Influenza is a contagious disease that have the ability to change or mutate through antigenic drift and antigenic shift in virus genome that has potential to cause pandemics in humans and poultry. Vaccinationis one of strategies to reduce spread of the virus globally. The basic principle master seed of avian influenzavaccine should be homologous with H and N subtype virus origin field. The results of vaccination antibody titers were high but after test challenge in chickens was found that a high antibody responses has not been able to prevent the progression virus in host at the time ofchallenge test. The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics of protein post-vaccination and H5N1 avian influenza virus infection by SDS-Page and Western blotting. Results of Western Blotting the H5N1,H5N2, H5N9, bivalent, trivalent, Reverse genetic and after infection obtained antigenic proteins HA and NAso there is no difference in protein expression between post-vaccination and H5N1 avian influenza virus infection.
