Abstract :

The study has investigated the addition of heparin and hypotaurine in capaciation medium Earle’s Balanced Salt Solution (EBSS) on in vitro fertilization of dairy cattle Result of this experiment concluded that the addition of heparin, hypotaurine or combination of heparin and hypotaurine in EBSS media stimulated development of 8 cell stage embryos except for 2 cell embryo was lower compared with that of EBSS media alone.
