Abstract :
The aims of this research to detect effect antimitogenic of alkaloid Achyranthes aspera linn on apoptotic induction, growth and cell development in cell infection by Mycobacterium tuberculosis.Antimitogenic effect of alkaloid Achyranthes aspera linn used in 120 mouses that infected with 100 cell/ml Mycobacterium tuberculosis divided to be 6 groups so that each group consist of 20 tail. This groups is: negative control group that is healthy mouse given adjuvans only, while positive control is given rifampisin 600 mg/kg bb human /day,and treatment group P0, P1, P2 and P3 infected M. tuberculosis given alkaloid with dose continously 0, 60, 12 and 180 mg/kgbb/po/day. treatment gift during 30 days. Observation of parameter 1) total leucocyte count, 2) total different leucocyte count, 3) total carbuncel in lung, 4) lung cell that experience apoptosis.Result of this researh show in mice M..tuberculosis infected decrease in total leucocyte and diferentiated leucocyte total (eosinofil, neutrofil, lymposite and monosite) and total karbunkel in lungs decrease in gift akaloid achyranthes aspera linn begin dose 60 mg/kgbb. Apoptotic cell in lung that experience also decreased in gift akaloid achyranthes aspera linn begin dose 60 mg/kgbb equal to gift rifampisin. Conclusion this research showed that alkaloid Achyranthes aspera linn causes depreciation in leucosite total and leucocyte differentiation, and total carbuncel anad apoptotic cell in the lung experience in mouse that infected by M. tuberkulosis.
