Abstract :
Until now freezing of bean goat semen post thawing is not satisfactory because of the low quality of spermatozoa obtained, it is because in seminal plasma of goats are trigliserol lipase enzyme that can lower sperm motility in milk diluent. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of spermatozoa after addition of seminal plasma protein cow pea goat semen in a diluent skim milk after equilibration in the freezing process. Seminal plasma protein derived from cows cement shelters, then separated and the plasma protein further purified by sonication. Plasma protein cement is then coupled with beans goat semen that have been diluted with skim milk. This study consisted of three groups: P0 ie Control Group: Cement goat diluted with skim milk (without the addition of plasma proteins semen cow), Group P1: the addition of plasma proteins semen cow 1 part plus 1 part cement goat that has been diluted with skim milk and Group P2: the addition of seminal plasma protein cow's 2 parts to 1 part cement plus goat that has been diluted with skim milk. Then stored at a temperature of 5 ° C for 1 hour, called the equilibration time then examined motility, viability and integrity of the plasma membrane of the spermatozoa. The results showed that the addition of seminal plasma protein cow retain motility, viability and intact plasma membrane of goat spermatozoa in the diluent of skim milk.
