Abstract :

One form of licensing service in the Body of Investment and Licensing Lamongan Regency is a Erect Building Permits . Lots of connectivity between the IMB with a wide variety of other types of licensing . When the IMB will not have problems in the management of other permissions , because IMB become one of the requirements to get a wide variety of types of licensing available. Therefore, researchers interested in studying the " Setting Permissions Service Policy Implementation in the Building and Licensing Agency Investing in Lamongan regency Customer Strategy Perspective " Theoretical researchers used the theory and the theory of strategy implementation Anderson subscribers David Osborne and Peter Plastrik. The results showed that IMB Service Policy Implementation in the Body of Investment and Licensing Lamongan regency in customer strategy perspective is not yet optimal because there is a problem or difficulty in doing the survey so far still the same amount of distortion that is still building area , as long as the form team of Supervisory and handling in the field and written rules governing sanctions violations strictly IMB . Researchers recommend having compiled a comprehensive monitoring system that can evaluate and explain the input -process -output - impact of treatment on BPMP.
