Abstract :
Flow in the "Financial State and Government" at the Conference on World Government highlighted the important role of fiscal policy and financial policy and management in promoting, building, and ensure good governance. Link could not be released between the ability of the state government as a whole in adopting, implementing, and ensure fiscal and financial policies, on the one hand, and the capacity of government that is effective, efficient, and responsive to the other side, the main theme of the discussion of financial issues state and government.
