Abstract :

ABSTRACT   Sampang was  one  of the highest contributors to the number of lepers  in East Java. Based on the data in 2011, found  that the number of leprosy  patients  in Sampang were  617 or 7,37%  of 10,000  people with 125 people leprosy reactions or 20,25%  of the total number of patients. The result of preliminary survey  showed that 75% of officers  were not obedient in implementing of giving drug leprosy  Standard  Operating  Procedure (SOP). The purpose of this study is identify the influence of commitment and motivation in implementing of obedience leprosy  services SOP, (5) Construct a recommendation to improve  the obedience of officers  in implementation of leprosy  services SOP at Sampang health center. This study was an observational analytic study used cross sectional approach. The population in this study was all officers  of leprosy  in a Sampang health center. The result showed that things affected to implementation obedience of SOP are policy of SOP, legitimate  power  and commitment of leprosy  officer. It will be recommended to improve  the obedience of officer in executing of leprosy  SOP by constructing a policy on the implementation of Leprosy SOP.   Keywords: Obedience, leprosy  officer, Standard  Operating  Procedure
