The influence of employees factor, organization, work satisfaction and commitment towards withdrawal process

Abstract :
Withdrawal process is a major problem at Surabaya Muhammadiyah Hospital (SMH) which obviously decreased productivity, costs, resources, materials, time, as well as employees motivation. Moreover, SMH is faced by low hospital image and patients flight to other hospital. These evident problems must be solved. This study aims to analyze the influence of employees factor, organization, work satisfaction and commitment towards employees withdrawal process at SMH. This is an analytic, observational research using cross sectional method. The sample is 50 employees of SMH from the entire 80 population. Data is collected by questionnaires, and analyzed by SEM program with smart PLS. The results showed: 1) The influence of subjective workload towards work satisfaction had not significant influence and organization characteristics towards work satisfaction had significant influence; 2) The influence of subjective workload and organization characteristics had not significant influence towards work and organization commitment; 3) The influence of subjective workload and psychological atmosphere had not significant influence, perceived organizational support had significant influence towards withdrawal process; 4) The influence of work satisfaction and work commitment had significant, organization commitment had not significant towards withdrawal process.
