Abstract :
Abstract Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is socially responsible for corporation. The CSR is also done by PT Wilmar Nabati Indonesia Gresik (the branch of the Wilmar Group). The research raised the issue regarding CSR form of PT Wilmar Nabati Indonesia Gresik, and the implementation of the program against the Rukun Nelayan Desa Karangkering, Kecamatan Kebomas, Kabupaten Gresik. This study uses qualitative methods of descriptive analysis supported observation and indepth interview. In the study it was concluded that forms of CSR programs undertaken PT Wilmar Nabati Indonesia Gresik consists of a program of education, health, infrastructure, the economy and religious (for early stages of finishing the work by 2013). The CSR Program was implemented at the village of Karangkering in the form of infrastructure development as Balai Nelayan, and the way of access too. The implementation of CSR programs impacting change in work ethic, income and has been develop of the community interaction. There are obstacles in the implementation of the internal (company) and external (public).
