Abstract :

RSUD dr. M. Soewandhie had BTO by an average of 81 times from standard 40-50 times on 2011 until 2013. This research aimed to analyze the cause of Bed Turn Over (BTO) in RSUD dr. M. Soewandhie. This was analytical study with crossesctional approach. Sample was taken by Stratified Random Sampling with 90 sample size. The study population was derived from the hospitalization inpatient. Data were collected through interviews using questionnaires to patients. The result of study are Inpatient’s SOP variable and quality of Dabholkar’s Dimension in general is good. Condition inpatients are predominantly patients type of acute illness, length of illness >7 days, Length of Stay <3 days and Recovery Discharge Status. Contingency coefficient test results indicate that there are three variables that have a relationship to Discharge Status. The variable are the type of diseases, length of illness and length of stay that has a significance value of 0.004; 0.015 and 0.005. Based on the research results of the suggestions is to provide guidance groove inpatient admission, make and run the SOP on patient waiting time, improve the quality of inpatient services related to the physical aspects and hospitalization policies.
