The correlation of individual and organizational readiness for sjsn implementation in bhakti dharma husada general hospital surabaya

Abstract :

National Social Security System (SJSN) is a method of social insurance implementation. In order to face SJSN implementation, hospital must prepare for credentialing with insurance provider (BPJS Kesehatan). This study aimed analyze the correlation of individual andorganizational readiness for SJSN implementation inBhakti Dharma Husada (BDH)General Hospital Surabaya.This research was analytical-observational researchwith cross sectional design. Sample was taken by proportional stratified random sampling. There were 72 person (10 doctors, 56 nurses, 6 midwifes) as respondent. Data was collected usingquestionnaires.Test showed that there was no correlation of individual and organizational readiness for SJSN implementation (p = 1; α = 0,1; phi = - 0,096).This research concluded that individual readiness did not correlatewith organizational readiness for SJSN implementation.
