Abstract :

The bacterial pathogens were isolate from shrimp and their rearing water are Vibrio anguillarum, Vibrio fuscus, Aeromonas sp, Micrococcus sp, Corynebacterium and Brevibacterium sp. The bacteria were also isolated from shrimp spleen are Aeromonas sp, Vibrio fuscus and Vibrio anguillarum, hepatopancreas ;Vibrio fuscus and Vibrio anguillarum, heart ;Vibrio fuscus, Vibrio anguillarum. The bacteria were both isolated from water canal and cultured shrimp pond. The number of bacteria isolated from shrimp organ were 109 cells/ gram in the lymphoid organ and hepatopancreas and heart 107 cells/ gram while the Vibrio sp were range 104 cells/gram in three consecutive organ. The shrimps were also infected by Yellowhead Baculovirus (YHV) and Systemic Ectodermal and Mesodermal Virus (SEMBV) and it was confirmed by damage of gill tissue and nucleus changed to picnotyc and karryorhexsis in YHV infected shrimp, while SEMBV infected shrimp showed by present inclusion bodies in the tissue, intestine, integument and connective tissue.
