The influence of injecting carbolic acid n-butyl-2-cyano acrylate in the ductus deferens as a method of contraception in rabbits

Abstract :

This study was conducted to determine the occurrence of multiple sclerosis in the ductus deferens with a dose of 0.01 ml CABCA injection as a method of contraception in rabbits. A total of 24 adult male rabbits local types were randomly divided in two treatment groups consisting each 12 heads. The first treatment group were injected with distilled water injection with dose of 0.01 ml in the ductus deferens as a control treatment group, the other group injected with a dose of 0.01 ml CABCA in the ductus deferens. Seven days after treatment carried out inspection of their sperm at the time of copulation by the method of artificial vagina and vaginal swab for 14 days. Subsequent research carried out checks on the ductus deferens sclerosis macroscopically. The results showed that there were differences in the occurrence of the ductus deferens sclerosis after injection CABCA and control as a method of contraception in rabbits
