Abstract :

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of stress to the frequency of recurrence in woman with asthma married early adulthood. Stress is a condition when a person's mental and spiritual discomfort caused by feelings of distress. The population in this study were adult asthmatic women who had married early, amounting to 38 people. Collecting data using a questionnaire with Likert type scale. Data analysis was performed with the Spearman rank correlation technique by first to test the validity and reliability of measuring instruments and non-parametric test assumptions. All statistical tests performed with SPSS version 16.0 for Windows. Based on the results of the correlation between the two variables is 0.730 with ρ = 0.000. This suggests that the hypothesis is accepted, which means there is a significant relationship between the level of stress to the frequency of recurrence in woman with asthma married early adulthood.
