Abstract :

ABSTRAK The aim of this research was find out benefits of probiotic supplementation in chicken diet on metabolic products of chicken's blood using laboratory analysis. This research used 20 male broiler DOC strain CP 707 and commercial chicken diet BR I & BR II produced by Comfeed. Procedures of chicken diet given were as follows: F0: Chicken diet with probiotics 0%, P1: chicken diet added Probioties 0,05%, P2: chicken diet added probiotics 0,1%, P3: chicken diet added probiotics 0,2%. This research was completed using ANOVA statistic and data were analyzed using SPSS. Result of serum protein level, calcium level and blood phosphor level in different treatments groups didn't show significant differences compared to control group. Meanwhile, the total serum lipid level of control group showed significant differences compared to three other treatment groups (p0,05).
