Abstract :
ABSTRACTThis research have a purpose to identify SAP as acute phase protein from mice which inoculated Salmonella enteritidis with the method SDS-PAGE. Its important is role SAP in detecting early case of infection and inflammation, as protektor of infectif agent and prevent the culture degradasi pass role antiproteinase, so that require to be isolation SAP. Used 80 mouse old age three months of mean weight 25 g, decided our treatment group, each treatment group consisted five mouse inokulasi with the bacterium of Salmonella enteritidis 106, 108, 109 and 1010 cell / ml by intraperitoneal. Later then at 20, 32, 38 and 44 hours after inoculated by removed blood serum, protein level rate from serum detected by chromatografi. Serum which have been collected is ready to weared to be identified with the Sodium of Dodecyl Sulfate Polyacrylamide of Gel Electroforesis ( SDS Page) to know the to molecular weight. Result have been identified by the serum protein from mouse of molecular weight equal to 25,89 kDa that suggest SAP. The Protein identified from mouse which infection of Salmonella enteritidis of equal to 106 and 108 at collection 20 and 44 hours after inoculation.
