Abstract :
This research aims to determine the relationship between the level of teacher self-efficacy with the level of burnout in inclusive school teacher in Surabaya. Teacher self-efficacy is a teacher belief on teaching capacity provided in a positive effect for students and make the students succeed in learning. Burnout is feeling of helplessness, fatigue, lack of interest that caused by prolonged stress. The subject of this study is 74 people who are classroom teacher and subject teacher in five public elementary inclusive schools from the five regions of Surabaya. The research instrument is a questionnare that is made by author. Spearman’s Rho with SPSS 20.0 for windows was used to test the relatonship between the level of teacher self-efficacy with the level of burnout in inclusive school teacher in Surabaya. The result showed that there is a relation between the level of teacher self-efficacy with the level of burnout in inclusive school teacher in Surabaya. The significance level of this research is 0,000 which means there is a significant relationship, while the correlation coefficient was -0,0662 which means the correlation is negative.
