Abstract :
This research aims to discover level of burnout reviewed from demographic characteristics such as age, gender and job tenure among teachers at inclusive elementary school in Surabaya. Age is the period of time lived or is expected to live. Gender is defined sexual characteristics of either women or men is constructed socially. Job tenure is time ever taken by person for the task. Burnout results from prolonged and chronic emotional and interpersonal stressors on the job. This study was conducted on inclusive Elementary School in Surabaya Timur. The number of subjects are 59 teacher who have teaching of all students with special needs. The instruments to collect data are questionnaires of MBI with Likert scale to measure burnout. Questionnaires accompanied with respondent data that includes name, age, gender and job tenure. Data analysis was performed using statistical techniques T-test for gender and age and One Way Anova for job tenure. Overall significance level >0.05, age is 0.760, gender is 0.283 and job tenure is 0.674. So that, the null hypothesis is accepted or there is no significant difference level of burnout in age, gender and job tenure.
