Abstract :
Decubitus is one of important problem in the CVA patient. Immobilitation is one of factor accor decubitus. One of treatment is back rub and back rub + beside left and right, but this treatment was not done optimally. The function of this treatment is to vasodilate blood vessel and making good metabolism, to increase activity, to decrease the pain, so to decrease decubitus risk. The aim of the study was to know different back rub and back rub+ beside left and right on the decubitus risk of CVA patient in RSUP Mataram. The design this study was postest only design. The population was the patient in RSUP Mataram and technical to get samle to use accidental sampling. Sample 15 persons group to get teknic back rub and 15 persons group to get teknic back rub with beside left and right, and than to analisis with ”chi square” to be know different variabel independent and variabel dependent im fait 95% alfa 0.05 and to be clear if P < 0.05. Result this riset in group to get teknic back rub, there are sixs persons (40%) to be decubitus and group to get tecnic back rub beside left and right, those are tree persons (20%) to be decubitus. The conclution of this research, there are different tehcnic back rub and back rub beside left and right to risk decubitus stroke patient in RSUP Mataram. Carring to give stroke patient better tehcnic back rub beside left and right continue so to protect decubitus at the patient.
