Abstract :

The aim of this study were to know and to tested the efectivity using volatile oil from Curcuma aeruginosa RoxB against Toxocara vitulorum on calves, ages (3-10 wks.) in Madura. We were received 54,29 grs. isolated volatile oil from 19 kgs. dry Curcuma aeruginosa RoxB, we use capsule for intercept and each consist of 60 mg volatile oil. The experiment were used, 80 calves, consist of four group including control and each were consist of 20 calves. Each group were treated two times (T1 and T2), by using volatile oil capsule consist of (Curcuma aeruginosa RoxB), using three different doses (120, 180 and 240 mgs= D120, D180 and D240). The egg per gram (EPG) of Toxocara vitulorum on treated calves, were measured during one week The results from three doses showed a good result from the combination T2D240 (117,50) and was not significant with T2D180 (119,0).
