Testosteron concentrate of white rat after injection by insulin like growth factor – i complex of goat seminal plasma

Abstract :
The objective of this research was analyzed IGF-Complex protein of goat seminal plasm to the testosterone concentration of white rat. The first phase was explorative laboratory experiment concerned with identification and isolation of IGF-I Complex. Identification of Insulin Like Growth Factor – I ( IGF-I ) Complex were done by Native –PAGE techniques. Several bands were identified and then first protein band, suspected as IGF-I Complex was isolated. Seminal plasm IGF-I Complex has a molecular weight of 150, 288 kDa. The second phase concerned with the effect of IGF –I Complex to testosterone concentration on white rat. The result of this research showed that testosterone concentration was significantly different (p<0,05) in three groups
