Abstract :

Educational process can’t be separated from many learning source. One of them is Library. A poor condition of library in Indonesia and the lost of the library existence legality in Educational Institution need an alternative solution, to use sources more efficiently and effectively with the lower cost. The establishment of resource sharing and information network by some research show the effective, efficient and economical not only in financial aspect but also in documentation and technical library aspect.
