Abstract :
ABSTRACT As we know equoeus solution of silver oligodynamic ions (Ag+) is an ancient antiseptic, nontoxic in the form of ions and in very small levels able to kill 650 microorganism (including bacteria, viruses, fungi, some protozoa and insect or worm larvae). The study used 30 cows holding to the case 2–6 times repeated breeder postpartum. Cows were devided into group 1 or P-1 (9 cows) were given 25 ml steril aquadest intra uterine (IU) as a control; group 2 or P-2 (14 cows) were given 25 ml solutions of Ag+ IU and group 3 or P-3 (7 cows) were given two times 25 ml solutions of Ag+ IU with distance delivery about two hours. The study aims, to determine how far the provision of old fashioned antiseptic (solution of Ag+) intra uterine caused beef cows with cases of repeated breeder will come back estrus and even be able to become pregnant. Of statistical analysis where all cows of this study both P-1, P-2 and P-3 does not refer to differences in estrus response after treatment. Just the on set of estrus cows after treatment in contrast for P-1 (20–25 days), P-2 (3–14 days) and P-3 (2–5 days). The analysis using Chi-square test, that the P-1, P-2 and P-3 shows number of cows that become pregnant after inseminated differ very significantly (P <0.01). It is mean P-2 and P-3 cause pregnant some of cows in this study is much better than P[1. But among the P-2 and P-3 showed no significant difference (P > 0.05). Or by administering 25 ml Ag+ and two time of 25 ml Ag+ intra uterine. can cope the repeated breeder post-partum cows could be pregnant
