Abstract :

This descriptive study was aimed to investigate the presence of Brucellosis reactor in Kerjen Village, Srengat Sub district, Blitar District as an early detection by Rose Bengal Test (RBT) method. Twenty sera samples were taken from twenty Friesian Holstein female dairy cattle from eight dairy farms which meet the category as: at least once calved, unvaccinated, miscarriage or repeated artificial insemination. The result showed that 10% (2 samples) was RBT positive and could be suggested as reactors of Brucellosis.
