Abstract :
Development of the government of the 21st century attempt to achieve good governance. There are three pillars thatsupport the ability of a nation to implement good governance: the government, civil society, and the market or thebusiness world. The focus this article discussed (a) how the network government in Indonesia after the reform, (b)what are their strengths and weaknesses in building a network of government in post-reform Indonesia. Thisarticle approaches literature. Using thought Stephen P Osborne (2010) where the new public governance focuseson five principles are (a) social-political governance, (b) public policy governance, (c) administrative governance,(d) contract governance, (e) network governance . The fifth principle of network governance based on the principlesof networking systems, is the mutual sharing of experiences (sharing of experiences), benefit sharing (sharing ofbenefits), as well as the burden sharing (sharing of burdens). The conclusion this article is a network ofgovernment in Indonesia has not been optimal. Strength from power actors and functions. On the other hand thereare elements of weakness in the structure, interaction, power, and regulation.
