Abstract :
Anthropogenic behavior has an impact on climate change and global warming in the form of an increase in temperature at the earth's surface. The issues of climate change, the development has undergone a transformation dimension of the issues that are global to the national strategic issues. Such transformation should receive adequate attention, given climate change, have an impact on a country's national interests. One thing that should be more serious than anticipated climate change is its impact on agriculture and national food security. The agricultural sector is the most threatened, suffering and vulnerable to climate change related to three main factors, namely biophysical, genetic, and management. Extreme climatic conditions also led to (a) the failure of growth and harvest led to a decrease in productivity and production; (b) damage to agricultural land resources; (c) an increase in the frequency, area, and weight/intensity of drought; (d) an increase in moisture; and (e) an increase in the intensity of disturbance of plant pests. This article is about climate change in Indonesia, the impact of climate change on the agricultural sector, as well as solutions adapted agricultural sector to climate change.
