Abstract :

The aim of this study was to identification The Case Of Canine Mammary Gland Tumors In The Teaching Hospital Of Veterinary Medicine Faculty Of Airlangga University Surabaya Period Of 2011 – 2013. The study was done by survey, result of verification from medical record. Result of the study showed that mammary tumors in 1 – 5 years of age above 10 cases ( 37, 04% ), contained in 6 – 10 years age 13 cases   ( 48,15% ) and 11 – 20 years, there are 4 cases ( 14,81% ) mammary tumors, it’s reguler occur in female and also male dog but can also affected even level mammary tumors happened. Mammary tumors attack the big race is 13 cases ( 48,15% ), small race is 10 cases ( 37,04% ) and local dog is 4 cases ( 14,81% ). The Case of mammary tumors is influenced by age and race, but frequency of parturation does not affect the case of mammary tumors. The treatment by mastectomy surgical.
