Abstract :

The aim of  this research is to undertand the immunopathobiogenesis immune Response of broiler which are five hours transported .The objective of this study to investigate the level of cortisol and immunocompetent cells(cosinophil, basophil, neutrophil, lymphocyte and monocyte cells). Research methede was using of 20 male brielers ,this flock is divided into two groups which are:control group and treatment group, each group divided into two groups which are night group and day group .Transportation as a stressor (5 hours)was exposed for treatment group. Dependent variables were blood cortisol, different count of lecocyte (eosinophil, basophil, neutrophil, lymphocyte and monocyte cell). The analysis technique which was used to test the hypothesis was analysis of Factorial (Multivariate test of Significance) with significance level was p<0,05. The rearch result showed an improvement of  cortisol level in the treatment group, and after using  Multivariate test of Significance, it was found that Significance difference between treatment group and control group. The result of different count of leucocyte were: an decerase of eosinophil, basophil, and lymphocyte cell between the treatment group compored to control group. After using Multivariate test of Significance,an improvement of neutrophil and monocyte between the treatmen group compared to control group,it was found that significant different .It was concluded that the transportation cause of stress condition and a decerase of immune response .
