Abstract :
Forty day old chickens were used for the experiment. The birds were randomly divided into four equal groups. P0 group was fed for four weeks with commercial diets. P1, P2, P3 group was fed with mixed commercial diets and substitution fed containing 15%, 30%, and 45% of restaurant waste. On the last day the blood was collected. For blood analysis, haemoglobine levels and hematocrits was taken. Serum Protein Levels determined by Biuret method. The result showed that total haemoglobine (Hb) and hematocrits of blood serum were no significantly different (p>0.05) among treatment groups. However, giving substitution fed up to 30% and 45% of restaurant waste had significantly decreased the serum protein levels.
