Abstract :

Determination of the protein Bovine Lymphocyte Antigen (BoLA) was identified using monoclonal antibodies B5C (class I) and H34A, BAQ150A (class II). Blood samples were collected from Bali cattle, Ongole breed (PO) and Madura cattle, and then were separated peripher blood mononuclears (PBMCs) using ficolhipaque. The proteins were characterized using SDS-PAGE performed on 12% slab gel according to the Laemmli method, and then gel was transfert in to nitrocellulose membrane and vizualized with DAB. The specific protein showed that the class-I protein bovine lymphocyte antigen in Bali cattle: 47 kDa (a chain) and 11 kDa (b chain) and class- II: 25 kDa (a chain), PO class I: 45 kDa (a chain) and 12 (b chain) class II: 36 kDa (a chain) and Madura cattle class I: 48 kDa (a chain) and 11 kDa (b chain) class II: 26 kDa (a chain). This study provides a basis for immunodiagnostic.
