The effect of treatment of prophyltiouracyl on male rat against pregnancy of white female rat

Abstract :
The experiment was conducted to study the effect of Prophyltiouracyl on pregnancy of white female rat. Twenty white male rat were divided into two groups, each group consisted of ten white male rat. The first group was un treated (control) and second group was treated prophyltiouracyl 20 mg/body weight for 45 days orally. After 45 days each male rat in control and treatment groups were mated with female rat. When vaginal plag was found, female rat was diagnosed as pregnant. The result showed that there was no significant different (p>0,05) in the rat of pregnancy for control and traeatment groups of female rat.
