Abstract :

Woman participation in politics is the key component of democracy. Based on the quota for woman, government should have facilitated woman’s organizations to play the role in enhancing woman’s representativeness. This commitment on equal opportunity is strongly applied to political organizations. It is also important to consider other ways in effectively applying woman’s representativeness. Misleading between social and biological roles of woman has to be reduced in order to eradicate sex dispartity in political arena. Woman does not offer alternative between public and private domain as offered to man. Woman who joins the election need to consider the participation in political party as legislative candidate.
